Senior Human Resources Manager
Profitable, long established manufacturing company based in Pittsburgh is searching for a Senior Human Resources Manger to provide day to day support to operations on the development, interpretation and administration of company policies and union contract. Responsible for managing a range of activities related to employee/labor relations.
Negotiating new union agreements
Facilitating the Labor Relations function-collective bargaining, grievance -arbitration
Reviewing staff needs and recruiting salaried and Senior management positions
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Guiding performance management , career development , coaching , compensation planning
Planning strategy and programs
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years experience in Human Resources related role
Past experience in a manufacturing industry needed
Experience with labor relations needed
Managerial or supervisor experience is a plus
Salary $90,000-$100,000 plus annual bonus & competitive employee benefits
