Senior Human Resources Manager

Profitable, long established manufacturing company based in Pittsburgh is searching for a Senior Human Resources Manger to provide day to day support to operations on the development, interpretation and administration of company policies and union contract. Responsible for managing a range of activities related to employee/labor relations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Negotiating new union agreements 

  • Facilitating the Labor Relations function-collective bargaining, grievance -arbitration

  • Reviewing staff needs and recruiting salaried and Senior management positions

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Guiding performance management , career development , coaching , compensation planning

  • Planning strategy and programs

Requirements Include:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 10+ years experience in Human Resources related role 

  • Past experience in a manufacturing industry needed

  • Experience with labor relations needed

  • Managerial or supervisor experience is a plus

Salary $90,000-$100,000 plus annual bonus & competitive employee benefits
