Inside Sales Engineer:
Position is 30% Customer Service, 30% Inside Sales, 30% Account management
Help customer ensure engineered products meet specifications. Liaison between customer, manufacturing, and extended supply base to ensure products meet customer needs, are on time, and of highest quality. Serves as customer advocate internally.
Utilize quoting tools, customer and market knowledge to price products “to win” and meet margin targets. Handle blind web inquiries and also manage large accounts as needed. Occasionally hunt for new business from existing customer base. Occasional travel required.

Quick on their feet with customers
Strong experience in inside sales or metal working / machining. Ideally we don’t want to train both.
Responsive to customer demands and able to juggle high variability of customer requirements globally
Strong written and oral communication skills but able to talk to blue collar buyers.
Must be able to read blueprints
Nice to have:
Experience with account management, valves, oil and gas
