Job Overview:
Our client, a fast growing and innovative IT company is seeking a Corporate Recruiting Manager to support the company’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters as well as the direct recruiting of Sales and Recruiting professionals on a national basis to support our growth in Solutions, Staffing and Strategy/Advisory. This person will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of qualified candidates to continue our team’s growth.
Our client is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA with offices around the country including, Philadelphia PA, Denver CO, Washington DC, and Orlando FLA.
Job Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment (researching, sourcing, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams
Maintain a strong pipeline of Sales, Sales leadership and executive candidates
Work directly with internal clients and leaders to prioritize immediate and upcoming hiring needs to support our growth in a high-volume environment
Manage candidate experience through screening, interview, offer, start and onboarding and action candidate experience survey data to enhance future experience
Partner with Sales Leadership Team on headcount management, approvals & reporting
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership and Sales Team on recruiting priorities and on-going talent management needs
Manage team metrics, measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process and productivity to support recruitment delivery
Help drive long-term productive recruiting partnerships with all business units
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
8 years of recruiting experience in the Solutions and Staffing services leading recruitment in a high-volume consulting Services environment
3+ years of Recruiting Management experience is strongly preferred
Experience recruiting Solution Sales candidates with experience selling consulting services in the Custom Application, Cloud Services, Managed services and Advisory solutions for IT and/or Staffing Sales Candidate with large volume IT staffing
Previous Executive Search experience or direct Recruitment experience a plus
Experience leading and mentoring a team of recruiters in multiple disciplines
Experience managing recruiting Metrics and best practices
Experience working directly with internal leaders to understanding company culture, Hiring process and onboarding
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including comfort on the phone
Tenacity, tact, self-assurance, grit, ability to think on one's feet and to know when to apply more pressure and when to give in
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + benefits
